These are unusual signs in that the letters are left raised and it is the background that is sandblasted away. This has the effect of driftwood and it really enhances the beautiful grain within the oak. The letters can be Black, Brown, Green or Ivory. The background can be treated with Danish Oil for a matt finish or with a wood preservative for a richer finish.

We can include simple pictures on the signs. The image does have to be bold without fine lines. The cost is £3.75 for a standard image, £17.50 for your own artwork. A line border, with or without indented corners, can also be included at £5.95.

The font chosen also needs to be bold without any fine lines.

If you do use the maximum number of letters the letter size will approximately 30mm. If you want the letters larger go for a larger sign. If you have decided to include an image the maximum number of characters is reduced by three.
